In contact with 12th grade history teacher to have her students research the history of the town and its people. I think this would be a great resource to have them place their info and scanned pictures from the past…

Hello. My name is Maggie, but most people call me Mags. I am the 7-12 Library Media Specialist in Watkins Glen, NY. I am an old movie buff (constant viewer of TCM), amature photographer, and cat person.
The photo is of a vineyard near where I live outside of Watkins Glen on Seneca Lake.
I am taking part in Cool Tools for School in order to keep learning what is out there, and keeping up to date on the tech tools out in web land.
I am slowly getting used to changing things in this blog, and definitely see where I need more time in learning how to edit and add to this blog.
